Maya Dajón is a Caribbean American Actress and Published Author who currently resides in Los Angeles. She is a California native and is of Trinidadian descent. Maya began acting as a child in minor stage performances; she also practiced the violin and sang with the Brooklyn Academy of Music. At the onset of her acting career, she appeared in new media projects and film festivals; ultimately gaining recognition for her role on "The Shop" (2012). She also branched out into broadcasting and produced several radio shows. She landed her first recurring role on TruTV's Breakout Comedy Series "Laff Mobb's Laff Tracks" (2018).

Her ultimate passion in life is to utilize her background in Early Childhood Education to open a Performing Arts Center for Youth in the Community, "I strive to inspire and educate our Future Leaders so that they can express themselves in a productive and resourceful manner. I want to leave my mark on the world as an individual who was dedicated to influencing positive change through Media, Art, and Entertainment."

With her go-getter attitude, and vivacious personality this multi-talented artist is moving her way up the ladder and will be making her presence known across the TV Screen, Magazine Covers, and Radio Airwaves.
